IMMORTALITY OF AYURVEDA

             IMMORTALITY OF AYURVEDA

Ayurveda, according to Acharya Charaka, is eternal. We can adapt our living conditions and lifestyle to fit changing times and conveniences. In reality, there is no significant alteration in nature. Every alteration is merely cosmetic. The biological functions that control the body's numerous systems remain constant. All living beings are in the same boat. The digestive process and its mechanism are the same as they were in the first human being. The respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, reproductive system, and all other biological functions of the systems have remained unchanged throughout human history on the globe. Understanding the everlasting essential components of the human body and life, its systemic and systematic functions in Ayurveda, is eternal, still relevant, as long as it fulfills the aim. When the systemic functions are in perfect working order, it is called health; when there is a deficiency or default somewhere in the system, it is called sickness. The system can be perfectly kept in health with a little care in life, and flaws can be repaired, diseases healed, and health reestablished with suitable medicine and observations.

Ayurvedic wisdom is timeless, as valid today as it was when it was first discovered. It is "Anadi" without beginning, just as it was when it was first realised and implemented. That has been the case for quite some time now. Even today, the same principles and procedures are used to treat diseases with success. Only minor alterations are required to accommodate changing conditions and conveniences. That is, it is considered to be "anadi" (beginningless). The bhavas, qualities and effects, as well as all of their expressions, as well as the foods and medicines used to treat them, remain constant.

When utilised as experienced in the everyday practise of the expert physician, the numerous medications described in early writings have the same qualities and benefits. That is what Bhavasvabhava niyarvad means. Svabhavasamsiddha laksanatva is the next level. Lakshana is a sign that aids in recognition. The qualities aid in the identification and differentiation of distinct medications. It is natural for various medications and other substances to have specific qualities. Nature does not alter. Heat turns water into steam, which is then converted back to water when it cools. Ice is formed when water is cooled further. When employed, the qualities of water, steam, and ice differ, as does their action. All of these details are entirely natural. Knowing these details makes us more efficient in putting them to good use. The "bhautik" composition of the dravyas, as well as the quantity and arrangement of the bhootas that go into making dravya, are responsible for all of the dravya's qualities. Swabhavika, all of this is natural.
